Most orders will be shipped from our distribution
center in Siloam Springs, AR within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Please allow up to 2 extra
business days for orders containing personalized products. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Expedited and next
day shipping orders will be processed same day if received by 12:00 pm Central Time. If received after that time the order
will ship next business day. Saturday delivery is only available upon request and requires additional fees. Please
contact Customer Care for more information.

Due to the quick processing time at our distribution center, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.

There is no international express shipping available. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of international orders. For Canada, U.S. Territories and all International orders, DaySpring will complete required US customs forms and documentation but any additional tariffs, duties or carrier charges are the responsibility of package recipient in accordance to local laws.
Risk of loss
Except as otherwise noted, once DaySpring (the seller) has handed off your order to the carrier for delivery, the risk of loss and title of the products purchased passes to you (the buyer).
